Palo Stacho

For almost 30 years, Palo has been an awareness specialist, startup coach, speaker, entrepreneur and business developer in the IT industry. As a graduate computer scientist with a federal diploma and postgraduate studies in corporate governance at the HSG, he founded a Swiss IT company of national importance in the 1990s, which he sold in 2007. In 2010, he was already focusing on digitalization and cyber security. Therefore Palo joined LUCY Security in the early days back in 2015, he is co-founder of this internationally recognized IT security awareness company.

Palo is a proven cybersecurity awareness specialist and practitioner. He has the experience from dozens of projects around employee awareness. Companies like Lufthansa, OMV, FRoSTA, Swisscom, Mobiliar Insurance, banks and many more rely on his expertise and knowledge.

In addition to his project work, he also conducts specific research on Cyber Security Awareness. He was the study director for the ‘LUCY Cybersecurity Awareness Study 2020’ and for the ‘ThriveDX 2022 Global Cybersecurity Awareness Training Study’.

Palo enjoys cooking, skiing and spending time with his family and friends. Palo also works for the Entrepreneurs Organization as an accelerator trainer for young entrepreneurs. He is fluent in German, French, English and Czech. Palo lives with his family near Bern in Switzerland.
